Tyler Kinley

Tyler is the president and co-founder of Praxis Properties, a commercial real estate management, brokerage, and development firm in Washtenaw County. Tyler has a graduate degree in urban planning and real estate development from the University of Michigan, serves on the Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority Board since 2018, and has recently joined the Washtenaw Housing Alliance Board and the Board of SOS Community Services. Tyler was born and raised in Ann Arbor, and outside of his community involvement, can be found biking on dirt roads, coaching ultimate frisbee, or exploring the surrounding areas with his wife Kayla.
